Pop Up Yoga

L'Oréal Melbourne Fashion Festival - Central Pier, Docklands

From 14th to 21st March 2010 catch all the fabulous fashion action at the L'Oréal Melbourne Fashion Festival. A majority of the events, such as the L'Oréal Paris Runway shows, will be held at Central Pier in Docklands.

Lighting up Docklands with a mesmerising show of Christmas lights will be the 'Follow the lights to the Harbour' display. As part of the City of Melbourne Christmas campaign, the display can be seen on boats and yachts as they light up Victoria Harbour. A definite sight to behold, you can catch the display from this Sunday 13th until 20th December.

Melbourne Spring Fashion Week: Pandora's Wonderland & ELFE events, Docklands

As many of you will already know, Melbourne Spring Fashion Week kicks off today in the city.

Down at the Docklands, there is also plenty happening starting on Wednesday 2nd August with Eco Luxe Fashion Expose which celebrates all things eco-friendly. From 7pm until midnight, it will showcase eco-luxe brands, market stalls, and fashion parades at Alumbra, Central Pier. Tickets are $20 on the door.

Then on Thursday 3rd August Pandora's Wonderland is hosting a Spring Fashion and Racing Carnival Launch also at Alumbra, Central Pier. Featuring DJ sets and fashion parades by a variety of labels including Kuwaii and Natalie Begg. Tickets are $20 + booking fee, click here to find out more.

As Melbourne readies itself for the start of Melbourne Spring Fashion Week, the Docklands will also welcome the event at The Designers' House.

Designers' House will host a Styling Workshop and Fashion Parade, featuring special guest Australian Designer, Tim O'Connor. He will showcase his stunning new Spring/Summer Collection, that will be available in store at Designers' House. Guests will also have the opportunity to speak one-on-one with Tim, and grab a few styling tips. Other Designers' House labels will also feature in a beautiful fashion parade.

If you were in the Docklands vicinity yesterday then you might have a spotted herds of ultra trendy black-clad fashionistas converging on Victoria Harbour. Why? Two words...

As the much talked about face of David Jones, the Aussie supermodel is currently in town to launch the retailer's Spring/Summer '09 collection. Yesterday she hit the catwalk to model some of the sexy new swimwear designs soon to hit our shelves.

Turning up the heat inside the glittery Peninsula shed, Kerr was undeniably the star attraction. If this is the sign of things to come, then we can't wait for Melbourne Spring Fashion Week, which begins next month!
