    This weekend marks the start of the mid-year school holidays. Kick off the winter break and keep the kids entertained with some great winter activities at Docklands.

    Circus Spectacular at Wonderland Fun Park:

    11am to 4pm weekdays, 11am to 5pm weekends
    Grab your scarf, beanie & gloves and head to Harbour Town Shopping Centre for some fun in the snow. Kids can build their very own snowman or just simply play in the falling snow everyday these school holidays. Spend $15 at any Harbour Town retailer and present your receipt for free entry. Playtime sessions run for 25 minutes.

    June - August, Free Event
    From Monday, the Lights & Lanterns installation will see Waterfront City, Harbour Town & NewQuay awash with super saturated colour & light. Winter patterns will dance along the boardwalk, and programmed Cyberlights are set to transform the Piazza nightly. Look out for the fireworks display on Friday nights in July. The lighting will be synchronised with the 7pm fireworks to create dramatic displays on land and water.

    The Melbourne Mustangs are the potential new entrants into the Australian Ice Hockey League. Come and show your support as they play their first ever game this weekend at the Icehouse. This Saturday's exhibition match against Perth's Western Thunder marks the start of the Mustang's campaign to officially become apart of the AIH for the 2011 season.
