Thousands of bargain-hunters have descended upon Melbourne's Docklands this morning to welcome the opening of the first Australian Costco supermarket.
The US retailer opened its doors at 7.30am this morning as eager shoppers queued outside, some from as early as 5am. More sign-ups for the membership-only store took place yesterday, with many keen to check out what is on offer inside the warehouse store.
Costco sells everything from cheap groceries to flat screen TVs, and stocks up to 3600 different product lines.
A Costco membership is $60 for a year. Click here to get yours now.
Tell us, did you check out Costco this morning? If so, what did you think?
