This weekend there is much to see and do in and around Docklands! Check out what's happening below:
- Start your weekend off with a night to remember on the Rivers Elvis Tribute Cabaret Cruise. - While you're at Docklands, bring the kids along to the Mr Sandman sand sculpture display at Waterfront City. They can also create their own sand carvings at hands-on workshops. Workshops run daily from 13th to 17th January at 10.30am, 11.15am, noon and 12.45pm. Bookings essential on 03 9658 9658.
- While you're there, you may also like to browse the bargains at the at Docklands Market. Located just off of Docklands Rd, near the corner of Doepel Way, you can find everything from arts to antiques, books to beauty. It opens from 10am to 5pm.
- Another must-visit is the new Orient Express which has just opened up the road at Crown Casino. Go and check out the world's first double-decker sushi train which offers both hot and cold dishes. You can also choose from traditional sushi and sashimi, as well as Yum Cha, Teppanyaki and Thai noodles. Located at Level 1, Crown Casino 8 Whiteman Street, Southbank.
